I became a certified epigenetic coach after my touring-musician lifestyle crashed my health in my early 20's and forced me down my own healing path. Since then, I've worked with Broadway actors, designers, writers, researchers and hundreds of other creatives to transmute stress into success.

I am a proud, openly transgender woman and welcome clients of all genders, backgrounds and sexual orientations. I actively decided to transition genders in 2021, so if you've found me through any previous podcasts or writings, yes, I am the same person with the same skills. I'm just an updated and more authentic version of myself.
